Spa Terms & Conditions

For spa treatments we advise guests to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their appointment time to enjoy the full spa experience.

If you are not currently a member of The Lanesborough Club & Spa or a hotel resident, spa day pass fees will apply as follows:

• Any spa booking equivalent to £250 or more per person will include complimentary access to all spa facilities
• Alternatively, a discounted spa day pass can be purchased with any booking at £75
• A spa day pass without treatments is also available and is priced at £150 (ID requested on arrival)
• The gym floor is strictly accessible to hotel guests and members only

As part of your spa experience, we will provide you with a robe, towels and slippers. Please bring appropriate swimwear to utilise the thermal areas.

Day spa packages may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of the booking date without incurring a cancellation fee, thereafter the cost of the package is charged at the full rate and refunds are not possible. Singular spa treatments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of the treatment date and time, thereafter the cost of the package is charged at the full rate and refunds are not possible. Fitness classes (applicable to members only) may be cancelled up to three hours before the beginning of a class, thereafter a £40 cancellation fee is charged.
